While there are many articles showing Michigan's new Congressional Districts, it has been more difficult to find the new Senate Districts. Below are links for various district maps.
Remember that these new Districts were drawn because the citizens of Michigan had enough of the egregious gerrymandering that had occurred in the past. In November 2018, Michigan voters decisively supported a constitutional amendment that makes a commission of 13 randomly selected citizens – not elected politicians, consultants or lobbyists – responsible for drawing fair and representative election districts for the Michigan Legislature and U.S. Congress. The Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission created new maps which became law on Dec. 31, 2021 and will be used in 2022.
